We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom. We strive to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your orders to your preferred address. Please allow 3 working days for processing and handling before your package is shipped.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item purchased from our shop, you may contact me within 28 days, with the receipt and an image for your refund.
NO RETURNS ON SPIDERS
Due to the delicate nature of live animals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchased spiders. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If your spider arrives damaged or deceased, we kindly request that you notify us ASAP with a receipt and providing a clear photo of the spider. We will review the case and, if appropriate, arrange for a refund or replacement.
